Where in your life do you need to slow down & take your time?
Basically just in everyday life. I am no longer as fit as I used to be. I forget I don’t always learn as quick as others. My body needs feeding regularly, I forget to keep hydrated. The biggest part is that I need to remember to take time out and rest to be able to build myself up again and live the best life I can.
