What do you need to forgive yourself for?

For continually beating myself up for not being able to be in a relationship and have a family.

For never feeling good enough.

Being to trusting

being naive in some areas

For how I learn things and that sometimes, repeating the process over and over again is ok as everyone learns differently.

That it’s ok not to be ok sometimes.

For being me – and not looking after myself properly.
