‘What good habit do you want to begin this month?’
Might be a few actually.
Stop biting my nails, I tried wraps last month but I don’t think I applied them properly and they came off, so going to try nail polish again and also work out the link to why I bite my nails.
Stop emotional spending – I thought I got this but then payday and my birthday came and I went out shopping for the day, and yes I got what I needed but a few days later I bought some rubbish I didn’t need.
Cook more and stock freezer up with meals, oh and remember to take them out the night before so I don’t go buying more food
Get better sleep- Perhaps meditate, set a bedroom routine, get a new mattress or bed or mattress topper, whatever to try get a better quality sleep.
Journal more – Empty my mind of stuff at the beginning and end of the day to see if there is a pattern to the way I feel.
