We’ve all had those days at the office where we throw a bit of a strop when things aren’t going well.
However, not all of us are caught doing it in front of more than one million viewers.
Spare a thought for BBC Breakfast presenter Steph McGovern, who threw a bit of a strop after a sound failure cut her report short.
She was delivering a cutting edge segment from a candle factory but, when the fault occurred, she was seen on screen throwing her hands up in the air and looking exasperated.
At least BBC colleague Kevin Parker was lovely enough to defend her on Twitter after it happened:
